Not sure what level of support you need?

Most people arrive somewhere between “this is manageable” and “this is an emergency,” and that middle ground is where outpatient care lives. If weekly therapy has not been enough, or you are coming out of a higher level of care and do not want to lose momentum, a structured program may fit better than a single weekly session.
