The Karuna IOP requires a commitment of 10 weeks, with participants attending therapy 3 days per week. Each client also receives one hour of individual counseling per week with a licensed mental health counselor. Throughout the program, we emphasize the 7 Dimensions of Wellness, ensuring a holistic approach that addresses emotional, physical, social, and spiritual well-being.
